Cindy Clementz was born March 17, 1962 in Kewanee, Illinois, the daughter of Blair and Joann (Erdman) Clementz. Cindy graduated from Annawan High School in 1980. She received a Bachelor’s degree from Augustana College in 1984. She married Alan DeCrane on July 15, 1983. They moved to Bloomington-Normal, Illinois in 1984 where both Alan and Cindy were employed by State Farm. Cindy was an avid outdoors person who loved bird-watching, camping, hiking, waterfalls, and gardening. She was a world traveler and cruiser. She passionately lived her faith with the Northside Church of Christ, whose mission is to Love God, Love Others, Serve the World. She was active with The Great Banquet prison ministry as well as Mom and Me Camp at the Lincoln and Logan Correctional facilities. |
